This brand new home on Burke Mountain in Coquitlam had a small front yard - but since the North facing back yard had no direct sunlight, the front offered the only sunny outdoor space on the property. We proposed a unique water feature with bench seating in the area adjacent to the front entry stairs to both create great curb appeal and offer private pleasing functional space in which to enjoy a quiet sunny moment
