To achieve the client's desire for greater privacy & less maintenance, the width of the builder's grade landscape tie wall was excavated and reduced, adding valuable square footage to the backyard. This additional space created room for a hot tub under a covered pergola, and adjacent seating area with a fire feature. Landscape lighting in the pergola and strategically placed spotlights under several trees for evening atmosphere & enjoyment all contribute to a functional and beautiful outdoor space for the whole family to enjoy.
